I didn’t start mountain biking until my early 50s. At 65, I’m still riding and having fun. Mountain biking is a great sport because it doesn’t matter what age you are or what skill level you have there is a place for you within the sport and all its disciplines. I spend my summers camping and biking all over British Columbia.

Of course, my favourite area to ride is right here at home in Kamloops where I can enjoy fast XC loops in Batch, trail rides in Pineview, laps at the Ranch, downhill rips at Harper, and fatbiking in winter.

I joined the KBRA board to help out the club but also to meet more like minded mountain bikers within the community. My role on the board is Director of Sponsorship and Membership.

My goal is to increase our membership base as this supports maintenance of trail networks and growth of the local mountain biking community. You’ll see me out on the trails and at biking events advocating for the growth of the KBRA and hope to have your support.
